The firm behind the advice

Averium Consulting is an Estonian legal and licensing practice. We work with founders, fintechs and established companies that need a regulated structure in the European Union and a partner who stays after the licence is granted.

What we actually do

Company formation and corporate law, financial and activity licensing, bank and payment account opening, accounting, trademark registration, dispute resolution, and relocation of businesses and their people. The work is transactional and regulatory rather than litigation-first: most of it ends in a filing, an authorisation or a signed agreement.

We tell clients what the regulator will actually do, including when the answer costs us the engagement. A licence recommended into the wrong jurisdiction is a liability we would rather not create.

The people you will work with

Small enough that you know who is handling your file, and who to call when something moves.
